Part sales have a minimum order of $15.00.

All parts sales are final. Please be sure that you have selected the correct part before you buy.

Returns carry a restocking fee of 50% of the price of the item.

There is no refund for freight, handling, packaging, COD, insurance, RUSH, or any other charges.

Exchanges will be made if you get a defective item. Return the item in the original packaging with a note explaining the defect.

If your package is damaged in transit, you must file a damage claim with the shipper immediately.

There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on electronic parts.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a company check. We do not refund to credit cards.

Please use original part numbers whenever possible. We have research
services available to find parts not listed on our web site, but a nominal fee may apply for those services.

All orders are shipped with signature required for verification of delivery. Off-shore or overseas packages are sent via Federal Express or UPS only — no USPS.
